CANCELLATIONS
To best serve our clients and staff, we require at least 48 hours' notice — by phone, text, DM or email — to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Last-minute cancellations prevent other clients from booking those time slots, which is why we take this policy seriously.
A credit card is required on file to book any appointment. The following charges apply based on the notice provided:

CHILDREN & PETS POLICY
We love that so many of our clients are wonderful parents — of little ones and fur babies alike. This policy comes entirely from a place of care.
For the safety of all guests, we kindly ask that children and pets not accompany you to your appointment. Our salon environment includes hot tools, sharp implements, and chemical products that can pose real risks to curious little ones. We've also found that a calm, quiet atmosphere allows every guest to fully settle in and enjoy their self-care time — and that's something everyone deserves.Thank you so much for understanding. We're truly honored to be part of your routine, and we always aim to make your time with us peaceful, safe, and enjoyable.
ADJUSTMENTS & SATISFACTION
We want you to love your hair — every single time.
Because every service is customized and carefully crafted for you, we do not offer refunds. That said, your satisfaction genuinely matters to us. If you have any concerns about your results, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment and we'll make it right.
A complimentary adjustment will be scheduled with your original stylist, tailored to your goals and vision. Please note the following:
– Adjustment requests must be made within 7 days of your original appointment. – Adjustments are performed by your original stylist at no charge. – If you prefer to see a different stylist for your adjustment, standard service pricing will apply. – If your hair has been altered by another salon or stylist after your appointment, this policy no longer applies.

Every great result starts with a great conversation.
Consultations set the tone for confidence, clarity, and collaboration, ensuring you and your stylist are fully aligned before your service begins.
All new color and extension clients are required to schedule a consultation before booking their appointment.
If you’re an existing client looking to see a new stylist within Craft, we’ll ask that you book a new consultation as well. It helps us maintain the same thoughtful, personalized experience every time.
Consultations are standalone appointments and must be completed before any color or extension service is scheduled.
After your consultation, your stylist will:
COLOR CORRECTIONS
Color corrections are unique and require time, care, and realistic expectations.
Each correction is quoted based on the time and process needed to safely achieve your desired result.
We’ll never rush your color, because great results take great care.
PAYMENT + GRATUITY
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments.
A 3% processing fee is applied to all credit card transactions and can be avoided by paying with cash or debit.
Gratuity is never required but always appreciated. It goes directly to your stylist in recognition of their craft and care.

Fee Structure
- More than 48 hours' notice: No charge.
- Less than 48 hours' notice: 50% of the booked service value.
- Less than 24 hours or same-day: 100% of the booked service value.
- No-show (zero notice): 100% of the booked service value.
- Reschedules with 48+ hours' notice: Deposit transfers to the new appointment.
- Reschedules with less than 48 hours' notice: Deposit is forfeited. A new deposit is required to rebook.
- Second reschedule request (any notice): Deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Retainers are also non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Deposits may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment if 48 or more hours' notice is given.
- Reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book again.
LATE ARRIVAL
