Craft Collective Salon Policies

We’ve built a culture where artistry, professionalism, and care come together.
Our policies exist to honor that, protecting your time, our stylists’ time, and the experience that defines our salon.
We deeply value the trust you place in us, and these guidelines help us ensure that every visit is seamless, respectful, and exceptional.

  • CANCELLATIONS + RESCHEDULES
We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change.
Out of respect for our stylists’ time and other clients on our waitlist, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.
Appointments canceled within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours or marked as no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
You’ll receive text and email reminders ahead of your appointment to help you plan.

  • DEPOSITS
Some services may require a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
This deposit is applied toward your total service cost.
If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to move your appointment within policy guidelines.
We appreciate your understanding. These deposits help us honor the time and preparation each service deserves.

  • ADJUSTMENTS + SATISFACTION
We want you to love your hair, every single time.
Because each service is customized and carefully crafted, we don’t offer refunds.
However, if you have concerns about your results, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment.
We’ll schedule a complimentary adjustment if needed, handled by your original stylist and tailored to your goals.
If you wish to see another stylist for an adjustment, this will not be complimentary and will be charged normal service pricing.
If your hair has been altered elsewhere, this policy no longer applies.

  • TARDINESS
We completely understand that life happens, traffic, parking, or a last-minute delay. If you’re running behind, please give us a call as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes past your appointment time may require a modified service or rescheduling, depending on availability. Please note that in either case, the full cost of the originally scheduled service will still apply.
This helps us keep the day running smoothly for every client, including you.

  • CONSULTATIONS
Every great result starts with a great conversation.
Consultations set the tone for confidence, clarity, and collaboration, ensuring you and your stylist are fully aligned before your service begins.
All new color and extension clients are required to schedule a consultation before booking their appointment.
If you’re an existing client looking to see a new stylist within Craft, we’ll ask that you book a new consultation as well. It helps us maintain the same thoughtful, personalized experience every time.
Consultations are standalone appointments and must be completed before any color or extension service is scheduled. 
After your consultation, your stylist will:
Assess your hair’s current condition and history
Discuss your goals, preferences, and maintenance expectations
Provide a clear, transparent quote and booking timeline for your service

  • COLOR CORRECTIONS
Color corrections are unique and require time, care, and realistic expectations.
Each correction is quoted based on the time and process needed to safely achieve your desired result.
We’ll never rush your color, because great results take great care.

  • PAYMENT + GRATUITY
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments.
A 3% processing fee is applied to all credit card transactions and can be avoided by paying with cash or debit.
Gratuity is never required but always appreciated. It goes directly to your stylist in recognition of their craft and care.
